At Biosglowox, we want you to be satisfied with every posture exercise product you purchase from biosglowox.world. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which physical products and digital content from our Align Collection may be returned, exchanged, or refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Our Commitment
We stand behind the quality of our Desk Flow Starter Kit, Posture Pulse Card Deck, and Align and Reset Video Series. If you receive a product that is faulty, not as described, or does not meet acceptable quality standards, we will work with you to find a fair resolution including repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under the Australian Consumer Law.
Physical Product Returns
You may return unopened physical products in their original packaging within thirty days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs. To initiate a return, contact us at help@biosglowox.world with your order number, product name, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorisation reference.
Opened physical products may be returned within fourteen days if they are in resalable condition with no damage, writing, or significant wear. Products that have been personalised, damaged by the customer, or used extensively may not qualify for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. If the product is faulty or we shipped the wrong item, Biosglowox will cover reasonable return shipping costs within Australia.
Digital Product Returns
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds for the Align and Reset Video Series are available within seven days of purchase provided you have not accessed more than two video sessions. Once substantial content has been streamed or downloaded, we are unable to offer a refund except where required by Australian Consumer Law for major failures.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing digital content, contact our support team before requesting a refund. We will attempt to resolve access issues promptly. Persistent technical problems attributable to our platform may qualify for a full refund or extended access period.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your posture exercise product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, contact us within fourteen days of receipt with photographs of the damage and your order details. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund including original shipping charges. You are not required to return faulty goods until we provide a prepaid return label or alternative instructions.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange one physical product for another from our Align Collection, contact us within thirty days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly. The exchanged item must meet the return conditions described above.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within five to ten business days after we receive and inspect returned items. You will receive email confirmation when your refund is initiated. Bank processing times may vary. If you have not received your refund within fifteen business days, contact us for assistance.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are generally not eligible for return unless faulty: products purchased during final clearance sales marked as non-returnable, gift cards or store credit, products returned without original packaging or missing components, and digital content accessed beyond the refund threshold described above.
Australian Consumer Law Rights
Our returns policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if goods fail to meet consumer guarantees, including that products are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. A major failure entitles you to choose a refund or replacement. For minor failures, we may offer repair within a reasonable time. These rights apply regardless of the timeframes stated above and cannot be excluded.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, contact Biosglowox through our reach-us page or email help@biosglowox.world. Include your full name, order number, product name, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. Our team responds to return requests within two business days with next steps.

Authorised returns should be sent to: Biosglowox, 6 Kensley St, Upper Ferntree Gully VIC 3156, Australia. Please include your return authorisation reference on the outside of the package. We are not responsible for items returned without prior authorisation or to an incorrect address.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us immediately. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost. Claims for lost shipments must be reported within thirty days of the estimated delivery date.
Policy Updates
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on biosglowox.world with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
